Bonnie J. Dungan, M.D., is a board-certified physiatrist who adds an important dimension to our orthopaedic care. Trained in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation—a branch of medicine that focuses on restoring function to people—Dr. Dungan utilizes a broad spectrum of nonsurgical medical services to treat such conditions as musculoskeletal pain, nerve and spine pain, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis. In addition, she specializes in the use of Botox® to treat spasticity and dystonia.

Dr. Dungan received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Dungan has written and enjoys presenting in the field of physiatry. She is a member of several prestigious professional societies, including the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and the Medical Association of Alabama.
